After having previous negative experiences with other car dealerships and overbearing salesmen a friend recommended MHM. After looking at reviews I decided to give them a go and Im glad I did. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me space whilst I had a potter round. The salesman who dealt with me (Steve) was an absolute sweetheart, he didnt pressure me into making a definite decision and when I did decide to go ahead and make a purchase he made the entire process smooth and pleasurable, which I didnt think would be possible! The whole experience was lovely and stress free. It was worth travelling for and I left an extremely happy customer!! I would definitely recommend MHM before trying anywhere else!
As always, the SERVICE here is second to none. The thing I find mostly lacking in our country as a whole is 'Service'Everyone wants to make a profit at the expense of giving a service. If you want a service you have to pay for it as it seems that is extra....Madeley Heath Motors have given me the perfect 'service' from they day I bought my second hand car from them.I can not recommend highly enough their excellent manner and professionalismThank to all, it makes me so happy to visit and remember how our country used to be..
I thought it was a reputable place reading reviews but after the other day your utter disrespectful manner you spoke to my husband after we had a change of heart on a car we placed a small holding deposit down for a couple of days and you hadnt even taken it down from advertisment telling us the deposit is non refundable and you have lost sales on it when clearly you hadnt and then not only speaking to him like a piece of dirt but then slam the phone down on him I wouldnt come back to you if you were the last car garage around! Disgusting attitude....... and if holding deposits are 'non refundable' you should make that clear to a customer Wonder how many people youve robbed doing that....
